  1. Hi Jackie!

I LOVE your idea! This is fantastic…and so beautifully created. I think it’s something that is definitely needed in this community.

I would have loved to have had access to a site like this when I moved to Cincinnati…of course, that was BEFORE computers were even invented! Good luck!

  2. Sounds a tad bit similar to other Cincinnati websites popping up lately.

  3. Really, Carol? Which ones? I’m not aware of them, but would love to know about them!

  4. As a native of Cincinnati (born in Columbus, raised her since I was 2) and a UC student I too have trouble finding enjoyable things to do in this city. I love it here but spend too many nights at home wondering what to do with myself. Just a thought, maybe you could facilitate some way for new residents to interact with long time residents in order to learn more about the city. Brilliant website, I love it!

  5. Hey just found this blog and hopefully it will be a big help…my husband and I just found out today that we will be moving to Cincinnati in May. I have never been there–never been to Ohio, never been to Kentucky or any surrounding areas. I’m excited at the prospect of the midwest which means affordable housing and back yards, but seeing that we currently reside in New York City, it’s hard to think of a place as exciting as this. :) My first question, I’m hoping you can help me with is this: What is a good location for a young family? First and foremost I’m thinking about safety and affordability…since our stay will be relatively short (2 years) we’re looking to rent a house–any suggestions? Thanks!
